Gender Diversity:

Gender diversity in UK financial services has advanced in recent years, with women now accounting for 43% of the workforce. However, significant disparities remain in the types of roles women occupy and their levels of seniority.

Race & Ethnicity:

The discomfort around discussing race in the workplace often leads to avoidance, hindering progress. Breaking through these barriers requires acknowledgment and a commitment to addressing potential roadblocks.

LGBTQ+:

58% of LGBTQ+ people aged 18 to 24 say that they have hidden that they are LGBT+ at work in the past year. 1 in 5 LGBTQ+ people say they have been the target of negative comments or conduct from colleagues.
